Kiera is the Newsletters Lead and Trainee Journalist for the South West region of Reach PLC covering Bristol Live, Gloucestershire Live, Somerset Live, Devon Live, Cornwall Live, Plymouth Live, Wiltshire Live and Dorset Live. Kiera manages the newsletters across the South West from design to monitoring campaign analytics, including carefully crafted subject lines. In her day-to-day role Kiera creates a variety of content aimed at engaging both our loyal readers and new readers, this content including reviews, surveys, interesting articles and carefully crafted newsletters. Kiera is a qualified Marketing professional through Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and she has recently passed her preliminary journalism law exam and is on the way to achieving a Certificate of Digital Journalism. In her role she has also received training on Google Analytics, YouTube optimisation and Google Journalist Studio.
