With more than 17 years of experience in the German Bundestag and a strong background in political science, Dirk has been trusted by various organizations and professionals to analyze and communicate on political developments in the MENA region. His passion for innovation and positive change eventually led him to become the Managing Director of Raseef22, the leading independent online media outlet in the Arab world. Over the years, his focus on audience engagement, machine learning in the newsroom, and creative strategies for financial profitability has allowed Dirk to contribute to the growth and sustainability of Raseef22. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the "Idea Department," an idea incubator for creative strategy design and innovative program development, Dirk continues to seek new ways to foster meaningful connections and drive success in the media landscape.
